Samsung Denied Upgrade Despite Panel Issues In My Model 55LS01BG Serif TV

The Samsung 55LS01BG Serif TV, which I purchased from the Erpa Holding dealer on the Trendyol website on March 26, 2024, was delivered on March 28. On March 29, Samsung service came and sent a report to Samsung because there was a dark area on the TV panel during installation. During our conversations with Ms. Aybike from Samsung customer services on April 8 and 9, we were informed that the same product would be sent after the holiday. I told him that I had read many comments about Serif TV in foreign forums stating that the TV panel caused problems in the long run, so I was not happy with the TV and did not want to use this TV. I said that I wanted to buy one of the higher model TVs by paying the price difference, and if this was not accepted, I wanted another model in the same price range. However, both of my offers were rejected, citing the fact that Samsung Serif TV was in stock. When the new serif TV arrives, the 15-day return period will have passed, so I cannot return the TV and I am forced to use a model TV that I do not want. As a customer, I think I have the right to withdraw from the model and request a different model of TV. I want to buy the 55QN90C model by paying the price difference. Although I did not request a free upgrade and offered to pay the price difference, my offer was rejected, disregarding customer satisfaction. The reason given was that the serif TV was in stock and I ordered it. Since the exchange process took a long time, I was aggrieved because I did not have the right to return the product to the seller within 15 days. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung customer service's non-constructive and non-cooperative attitude focused on customer satisfaction. Thanks.
