Samsung Z Fold 4 Costly Repair

Without any impact or external damage, my three-month-old Samsung Z Fold 4 abruptly shut down while I was watching a video. As a device I paid 43,000 TL for with all of its durability claims, I expected it to perform flawlessly. I quickly returned it to Media Markt, where I had purchased it. To my surprise, Media Markt's response left me speechless. They claimed that the main board had malfunctioned due to user error, adding insult to injury with a 26,000 TL repair bill for the damage I did not cause. When I handed over the device, I documented its condition, providing evidence that the screen and casing were in good condition. My protests, however, fell on deaf ears. Despite numerous conversations with customer service, the only response was an SMS demanding the exorbitant repair fee. When I compare this experience to how quickly my wife's iPhone was replaced for a similar issue, I'm confused. The intention of Media Markt appears to be to frustrate and coerce customers into accepting exorbitant repair costs.

I called your 444 number three times. The response I received at the end of each call is the same as what you wrote. You will be contacted. My conversations are always the same and start from scratch. No one is contacting me. If I call this number again tomorrow, I will have to explain my problem from the beginning again, and you will end the call by saying we have taken note and will get back to you. The problem is that you are not getting back to me.
