Samsung Z Fold 3 Repair Fiasco
We bought a Samsung Z Fold 3 phone, but the screen had minor peeling and damage. We sent it in for repairs before the warranty expired, taking all precautions, including labeling it as fragile during shipping and adding extra protective packaging. However, Samsung refused to honor the warranty and returned the phone to us. When we opened the package, we discovered that the inner screen had been shattered, with cracks in the middle section. We contacted Samsung once more, but this time they claimed it was our fault. Our phone has now broken, leaving us in a state of distress. Nobody appears to be accepting responsibility. To make matters worse, they want 10,500 tl for repairs. We sent in the phone completely undamaged, and now we're being held responsible for damage that wasn't our fault. We are completely dissatisfied with Samsung and their service. We will never buy another product from this brand again, from household appliances to phones. This is intolerable.
