Dear authorities, my ordeal began with the ill-fated decision to purchase a Samsung Z Fold 3 smartphone. I foolishly abandoned my reliable Note 20 Ultra and opted for the flagship Z Fold 3, but oh, what a disaster it turned out to be! The screen started displaying color distortion right down the middle, simply from opening and closing it. Of course, I took it to the service center, only to be told it was a user error. I couldn't fathom how a meticulously cared-for phone, with its original expensive case that cost me 1,500 TL, could have suffered from such a "user error." I paid a whopping 7,500 TL for a screen replacement. However, within two months, the screen failed again. This time, they replaced it for free, but they also had to replace the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and even the entire motherboard. They refused to replace the phone itself, insisting on repairing it. Shortly after, the screen malfunctioned yet again, even after replacement. They claimed it wasn't properly adhered. They fixed it once more. Meanwhile, I had to deal with two parking fines as I constantly visited the service center, which lacked parking spaces. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a gift voucher for my troubles. Thanks, Samsung! Then, suddenly, the phone stopped charging. They said it was the charging circuit, despite me having purchased an original charger for 500 TL from the Samsung store. While replacing the circuit, they discovered a faulty camera sensor, and I had to pay an additional 250 TL. And now, once again, the screen is showing visible marks. The phone constantly loses network signal and claims there's no internet connection. I recorded a video as proof, and they suggested changing the service center location. This phone has undergone more repairs than its original worth, yet Samsung remains determined to keep repairing it instead of providing a new one. They refuse to issue a replacement, stating that it's a brand-new phone. Well, it certainly feels like a subpar product to me!
