Samsung Z Flip 3 Smart Phone Cracked in The Folding Section
Hello. I have previously lodged a complaint about the same matter. My Samsung Z Flip 3 phone has developed cracks in the folding section. I sent it to the service center, and they demanded 7200 TL, claiming there was physical damage. I requested the device to be returned. Upon examination with a Samsung dealer, we found no signs of impact. The service center attributed the issue to friction caused by the phone case, labeling it as damage. The service provided by Samsung is apathetic, and the company fails to stand by their product.
