My Samsung WW80T4020CE/AH washing machine, which I haven't even had for a full year yet, is giving me trouble. During the last 9 minutes of the wash cycle, the machine keeps spinning without doing the spin cycle. It's distressing to have this problem arise after only 7 months of use, and it's even more frustrating that I can't seem to get any help from the company's customer service department. Because of this, I don't think I'll ever recommend Samsung products to anyone again. The problem isn't just that the machine is broken; it's also that the company isn't helping. I hope that Samsung will fix this problem soon, but until then, I'll be looking for other options. Shame on you Samsung.
