Samsung Won't Ship Out the Air Conditioner I Recently Purchased

I just bought this air conditioner from Samsung's online store on July 7th. Until now, they still haven't shipped the product, and all I keep getting are these vague responses saying they don't have it in stock or available. I've been trying to reach customer service over and over again, but they haven't given me any clear info and my product still hasn't arrived. So, like, if there's no stock available, why is the product still listed for sale? I need a quick fix for my problem, or else I'll have to complain to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Progress
The air conditioner I ordered from the Samsung shop on 07.07.2023 has still not been delivered as of 25.07.2023. Horoz Logistics said the product consists of 3 parts, but then they said it consists of 4 parts. I was told that 2 parts are in Sivas and 2 parts are newly arriving from Istanbul. I have been financially inconvenienced, and it's unclear who is saying what. I don't understand why the product isn't arriving as a single piece. I no longer want the product; I want a refund. I will never choose Samsung again; please change your logistics company. I've had problems with the product's delivery for a month. Summer is almost over, and the product still hasn't arrived. What a ridiculous situation.
