Samsung Won't Repair My 70 Inch UE70TU7100UXTK TV Due to Panel Shortage

81

My Samsung UE70TU7100UXTK 70-inch TV developed a panel failure about a year after the warranty expired. Based on my research, many users have experienced the same issue. The authorized service is demanding ₺29,000 for the repair, yet they also claim that the panel is out of stock. My TV became useless in just three years. How can such a crucial part cost this much? How is it possible for a brand like Samsung to produce a product that fails so quickly? They say if the part is unavailable, they will offer a new product at the price of the replacement part. But at that price, I could buy a new TV myself—so what’s the point? On top of that, how can they set a price for a part they don’t even have in stock? This just allows them to charge any amount they want and push a new product on me at that price. Does this suit a global brand like Samsung? I demand that Samsung resolve my issue, or I will take legal action.
