Samsung UE50T8000XTK TV Warranty Fails, Voucher Given Instead of Repair

On August 10, 2021, I purchased a Samsung UE50T8000XTK model TV from Media Markt at Balikesir 10burda Mall. The authorized seller assured me of an additional 3-year warranty on top of the device's 2-year warranty, promising repair, replacement, or refund for any issues within 5 years. So I went ahead and bought the extra 3-year warranty. Surprisingly, the TV malfunctioned shortly after the warranty expired, in early October 2023. Because Samsung refused to honor the device, the service team was dispatched. They declared it out of warranty and quoted a service fee of approximately 8500 TL. Then, following the extended warranty, I contacted Media Markt. Altar Group, their authorized service, collected the device on October 16, 2023, and sent the following message on November 2, 2023: "Dear customer, the repair of your device at the service center is not possible within the insurance coverage amounts." As a result, you will receive a 'write-off' payment in the form of a Media Markt gift voucher. If you approve the write-off payment with a gift voucher (please reply to this message with the word 'I approve'), you will be notified about the next steps to take after notifying the store where you purchased the device." They reminded me to bring the invoice with me when I went to pick up the gift voucher. The 'write-off' payment is based on the exemption rates specified in the service contract. The value of the gift voucher is 6305. I absolutely refuse to accept a gift certificate. I demand either an equivalent device or the current market value of my television. I'd like to address everyone. They are not customer-focused businesses.
