Samsung UE-70TU7100UXTK TV Persistent Malfunction and Unfair Warranty Practices

Dear Friends, On my Samsung UE-70TU7100UXTK TV, which I purchased on October 5, 2021, from Evkur Shopping Mall, I've been suffering technical troubles such as screen darkening and dimming. I contacted Samsung Customer Service for assistance with technical issues. Upon evaluation, specialists determined that the gadget required replacement. The first replacement took place on March 8, 2023, with a UE-75AU7100UXTK model. However, the same technical challenges remained. After reporting this to Samsung, a second replacement was scheduled for March 27, 2023. Once again, the problems remained. I reported it on March 13, 2024. Customer care told me that the equipment was under warranty and dispatched specialists to my home. Technicians arrived on March 14, 2024, confirming the problem but unable to remove the TV due to its size. They agreed to return the next day. On March 15, 2024, I was informed that the warranty for the purchase date of October 5, 2021, had expired, resulting in a demand of ₺25,000. I refused this demand, citing earlier guarantees of warranty coverage. During subsequent conversations, they offered a 50% discount and requested ₺12,500 for repairs, which I considered unfair and declined. Do not fall victim to similar scenarios!

I am waiting for them to get in touch. I have spoken with customer service multiple times, and despite my objections, they did not accept them.

The Samsung support team called and they are persistently refusing to stand behind their defective products, absolutely not offering any solutions, and they continue to cause inconvenience to people.
