Samsung 55TU7000 TV Broke 1 Month After Warranty and Quoted ₺25000 for Repair

I bought a Samsung 55TU7000 4K TV and it worked great for 2 years without any problems. Sadly, only a month after the warranty ran out, the TV stopped working. I reached out to Samsung service on August 29, 2024, and they picked up the TV for repairs. After waiting 45 days, I found out that the TV had a panel issue and they quoted me ₺25,000 for the fix. I liked the TV when it was working, but I'm really disappointed with Samsung's support now that the warranty is up. A TV really shouldn't have a big problem like that after just 2 years of using it. I think Samsung needs to support their products more effectively, and I'm looking forward to a solution for this issue.
