I bought a TV 4 years ago from Samsung, and my panel suddenly started acting up. I called Samsung, and they told me I don't have a warranty. It's only been 4 years, and I am not the one who caused this. The guy from Samsung said, "Once in a bad luck, this can happen with our products." How can you say this? So, it is a manufacturing problem, and you want 12,000 ₺? I can get a brand new TV for that price. Are you guys crazy? How can I trust Samsung now? I want my TV panel to be exchanged free of charge. I will also be writing to the CEO of Samsung or even taking this to court.

There is an issue with the panel, I've been using it for 4 years and the company doesn't stand behind their product. They asked for 12,000 TL for a panel, which is outrageous. I will buy a new television because of this. It's not user error, and they explained that such issues rarely happen, saying it just happened to you, how rude :) Look at the state of the huge Samsung company, I wonder which company we can trust. I am considering taking this problem to court, it's a shame.

They called from Samsung, saying the service needs to come. The service says that photos and videos are sufficient and gives a price of 12,000 TL again. Let's see where this goes.

I called yesterday and got a discounted price, but I do not accept it. The reason is quite simple: even though your authorized service said it was not my fault, how does the fact that my warranty has expired change anything? I have trusted you and bought a product that I will use for many years. I kindly request you to stand behind your product. Look at the situation you have put your customers in; we are writing on complaint forums to find a solution, which is unbelievable. A reassessment was supposed to be done, and I am waiting for the latest update.

They said they could only offer a 40% discount, and even though it wasn't user error, they first said 12,000 TL, and now just because I wrote here, they are saying they will change the panel with a 40% discount, meaning if I pay 7,000 TL, they will change it. You have lost your customer. I will buy a new TV from somewhere else, not from Samsung, but I will also write to BTK, CIMER, and every CEO both domestically and internationally. I will not let this go.
