Samsung EE55KU7500 TV Screen Replacement Disappointment

My Samsung TV (model Samsung EE55KU7500) had a broken screen. Given Samsung's 10-year parts warranty, I requested a paid replacement. They promised a new device and charged me ₺19,000. They sent a product (Samsung UE55CU8000U) valued at ₺22,000 in the market. However, they sent a G-class energy-consuming device, with a curved screen instead of my flat-screen device. The service was installed. Later, I checked the box and saw it was G-class. I immediately requested, "you should have refused when the service came. How can I notice everything?" Samsung HQ promised to provide an equivalent device. Samsung is a company. Who can I trust? They even offered lower products than the products they bluffed with during the change. I didn't understand. Samsung showed how naive and easy to deceive Turkish people, claiming that customer satisfaction will send products, get ₺19,000 for ₺22,000 products. There is a 10-year obligation to have parts. If customer satisfaction is required, why do you charge? You received money, give me the new product with the same features. Screen changes are made outside for ₺9,000. I didn't do it. I also took it apart for the service and didn't come to get it. I'm complaining about the Samsung company.
