Samsung UE-50RU7440 4K Ultra HD 50" TV Screen Shaking and Flickering

On February 24, 2020, I purchased the Samsung UE-50RU7440 4K Ultra HD 50" television with a diagonal of 125 cm, built-in satellite receiver, and Smart LED feature. On November 25, 2023, however, the screen began to shake and the image began to shift. I'm wondering if it's a coincidence that the Samsung TVs we bought around the same time have the same problem. If this is indeed a coincidence, could you please inform us about it from the standpoint of the company? Is it worth choosing the global brand Samsung if it isn't a coincidence and the result of user error? How many televisions sold in 2020 had the same flaw? Because your call center is currently closed, we were unable to create a request. I'm hoping to get responses to our questions as soon as possible...
