Before the heatwave hit, I visited a Samsung authorized dealer inside a shopping mall in Ankara to purchase an air conditioner. We expressed our interest in buying a unit, only to be told that they couldn't show us any products without first conducting a home inspection. We understood the need for an inspection but requested general information about the available models since we already knew our home's square footage and requirements. However, we were met with unhelpful responses delivered in a harsh manner. The next day, when I contacted Samsung customer service to inquire about their inspection service, they informed me that it came with a fee. They did mention a free video inspection option, but the reservation date screen was malfunctioning.
