Samsung TU 8000 They Say Screen Problem They Want Money The Screen Is Intact

Hello, I purchased a Samsung TU8000 TV, and after 2 years and 6 months, it started randomly turning on and off. The service team diagnosed the issue as a need to replace the front glass screen, but there's no visible damage. They're asking for payment, but I believe this is a common issue with these TVs according to my online research. Samsung should address and fix this problem. If my issue isn't resolved, I'll escalate to consumer rights. The TV's warranty is still valid.
