Samsung TR Fails to Deliver Promised Gift on TV Purchase

Hello, I bought a Samsung QE55L TV from Vatan Bilgisayar at Avclar Pelicanmall on September 11, 2022. Now, let me tell you that it's been over 10 months since I bought my phone, and I've talked to six different people at the Samsung service center. Each time, I'm just put off. The robot vacuum that was supposed to come free with the TV is still nowhere to be found. Customers are being lied to by Samsung TR, and I'm sick of it! The people in charge at Samsung TR don't seem to be very organized, and the way they're running the campaign shows that they're not serious about it. I have serious doubts about the company's honesty when it comes to giving out promotions. Samsung should look at how they do business in Turkey again. If they can't do what they say they'll do, they shouldn't run any campaigns at all. No company should take 10 months to keep a promise.

I think I couldn't explain myself. Six different solutions with me! Your central employee contacted me. Each contact ended without a resolution. We reached a certain point with each employee, but the issue was handed over to a different colleague. I would also like to mention; I deeply regret choosing you. I want it to be known that I will escalate the issue as high as I can, and that the unit to which the solution center forwarded the issue is not doing its job. I want everyone to know that an issue that could be resolved in one day has taken 10 months. If necessary, I will write to higher authorities to make sure the irresponsible attitudes of Samsung TR's management are known. I believe that the mission statement on Samsung's homepage is not just a piece of writing or a mere statement, and that it needs to be proven to consumers first, and then understood by the employees.
