Samsung SSD 870 Evo SSD Issue Under Warranty Got Rejected

I purchased Samsung SSD 870 Evo from N11 website on 09/05/2022. Recently, I had a problem starting my computer, and when I gave my laptop to the computer technical service, they said that the problem was caused by the SSD. I did not handle the product because it was under warranty. I contacted Samsung call center. He referred me to a service called Simge Elektronik in Ankara. When the service looked at the serial number, it said that the product was a Malaysian product and could not help. When I contacted Samsung again, they said that they had created a record to contact me. So I decided to look at the warranty coverage of the product and I saw that the product has a 3-YEAR warranty in Turkey (seen in the image below). However, Samsung neither responded nor accepted my recommended service product.
