While the earthquake was happening in Adyaman, our Samsung LCD TV fell over and broke its screen. When I called Samsung Technical Support to ask for a fix, they told me that since the product was more than 10 years old, they couldn't replace the screen or the TV for a fee. They said that there was no way they could do anything for anyone. It's disappointing to see a brand like Samsung not care about its customers, especially when businesses are working hard to help people in areas where earthquakes have happened. I can't help but share this with other Samsung users to let them know how unhappy I am with them. Is there still a chance that a solution could be found?
