My Samsung TV Fell and Screen Broke During Turkey Earthquake

5

I bought a Samsung TV, but it fell over during the Maraş earthquake, which broke the screen. I talked to customer service three times, twice through WhatsApp and once in person, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. They only said that Gaziantep's service centers aren't working. But we found out later that the service center was open and working right. This was a natural disaster, so I couldn't have broken the TV myself. At the very least, they would have liked a little help. When we called customer service, they told us that the warranty didn't cover it. I'm upset that Samsung hasn't helped or said anything during this hard time. I don't think I'll buy anything from Samsung again. I'll let you know if anything changes.
