Factory Defective Samsung G5 Monitor No Replacement No Refund


I bought a Samsung Smart M5 monitor on June 25, 2023, and noticed that there's a shadowing issue on most of the screen. I contacted the official Samsung service, and explained the problem, and they said, "We'll look into it and let you know." I even went in person to show the problem, and they asked me to send videos of the issue through WhatsApp. After I gave them the product, they reached out to me 2-3 days later saying there were no issues. I reached out to customer service, asking for help. They told me to email the videos to their product engineer to review and said they would keep in touch. Later, the customer service representative, S******, said that they didn't find any issues after the engineer checked it out. Even though I kept telling them there was a problem, they didn't give me any helpful support. I can share the recorded video of the problem if you want. Just let me know! I need to talk to someone who knows what they're doing to deal with this annoying situation.

They informed me that they could not see any defect in the product. Despite the defect being very clearly visible in the second video I sent later, they said there was no defect and that it was normal. I will now proceed by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for the necessary actions.

Here you go, I'm adding 2 more videos, and the result is the same even when playing just one video. The monitor performs very poorly in the game. I hope your product engineer can see these problems (I would appreciate it if a technician with good eyesight could take a look).
