I've been really annoyed with my Samsung 58" Q60T QLED 4K UHD Smart TV lately. It shows dark shapes on white backgrounds, and these distortions are even more obvious on backgrounds with solid colors. I asked for a service inspection on July 4, 2023, to deal with the problem. After checking, the service technicians said that they didn't find any obvious issues when they tested it with their equipment. They told me that everything was fine. But the weird wavy lines on white backgrounds kept happening. This experience has been really frustrating. I thought the Samsung TV would work better, and it's disappointing that the problems haven't been fixed yet. I've lost confidence in the brand's quality. I can't help but wonder if these issues will ever be resolved. I'm still frustrated with my TV, and it seems like a lot of other people are dealing with the same problems.

"The service performed a fault diagnosis, and the result was disappointing: the panel price is 22,000 TL. It is currently at the solution center; I hope the Samsung company stands by its product and replaces the panel. They claimed a 10-year screen warranty for the Samsung QLED TV, but what difference does that make for screen burn-in? If you are so confident in your screen, should we intentionally burn it? I don't understand; we will wait and see."
