Samsung Service Wanted To Come For İnstallation Without Getting Appointment
I have bought Samsung 55S90C television. Samsung Turkiye has asked me to wait for installation service. Unfortunately, the service tried to come for installation without getting an appointment with just a call informing as arriving in 30 min. I have made a couple of complaints about this situation but could not get any satisfactory answer. It has been 10 days that I have bought the TV and it has not have been installed. It seems to be returning the TV in this case.
