Samsung Service Does Not Comply With Warranty Terms

On the evening of June 23, 2023, I purchased Galaxy Buds2 from Samsung Turkey (part of the Kutup group of companies). However, when I woke up the next morning, I discovered that one of the earphones was not functioning. I immediately returned to the store where I made the purchase, and they advised me to visit the service center directly, explaining the situation, and assured me that I would receive a replacement. Upon arriving at the service center, I was met with a disappointing response. They attributed the issue to user error without providing any technical explanation. I then took the defective earphone to a different branch of the service center, but they refused to even inspect it. I was left with a frustrating situation where they claimed the problem was technically impossible.
