Never Did My Defective Samsung Galaxy Pro 2 Headphones Function Properly
Regarding the Samsung Galaxy Pro 2 headphones I purchased from Vatan Computer on Sunday, February 19, 2023, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the headphones. The headphones have never worked properly despite their high quality claims. They automatically toggle to background noise, and the Samsung Galaxy app can't locate them, rendering them useless. nFor someone like me with a Samsung Galaxy Pro 3, it's obvious that the Pro 2 headphones I bought were faulty to begin with. I want Samsung to replace it for me rather than fix it. Consumer Rights will have to be contacted if I am unable to resolve this issue, so please do everything you can to help me. It saddens me that a company with Samsung's reputation would release a product with such a serious flaw, and I hope that Samsung will own up to their mistake and make amends. Samsung needs to have compassion and act quickly to resolve this issue.
