My Samsung RT62K7060WW refrigerator is driving me crazy because the freezer stopped working in April. I asked for help from the Elazıg Service, and they came out three times. Each time, they told me that the problem was caused by a different part and that it was now fixed. I paid a total of 4,400 TL, which was divided into three parts: 2,750 TL, 750 TL, and 900 TL. Now, they want an extra 30,000 TL to replace the product, which is close to the original price of 35,000 TL. I chose Samsung because they are known for having good products and good customer service, but I really regret that choice now. It's ridiculous to have to pay multiple repair fees for the same problem. Even if they had already fixed it, the problem is still not solved. I promise to never buy anything made by Samsung again.
