Samsung Offered Zero Service for Q55s95b Model TV


On May 23, 2023, I purchased a Samsung QE75Q70B 75-inch 4K UHD Smart QLED TV with built-in satellite receiver from Vatan Bilgisayar in Duzce. Since the product was out of stock, I decided to buy the display unit, which was working perfectly when they tested it at the store. However, when the Samsung authorized technicians came to install the TV at my home, they discovered that the speakers were not functioning, stating that it needed repair. I contacted Samsung customer support, and they advised me to take it to a service center for repair. I explained that I didn't want a brand-new, unused product to undergo repairs and requested a replacement of the same TV model instead. Unfortunately, they informed me that they were unable to facilitate the exchange. It has now been 44 days since I brought the TV home, and I still cannot use it, with no viable solution offered. Despite being a loyal Samsung customer, including owning their appliances, I am appalled by the situation. I will exhaust all available channels, including Consumer Rights organizations, social media platforms, and even escalate the matter to their headquarters in South Korea. If the issue remains unresolved, I will not hesitate to make a public display of my frustration in front of their headquarters. I urgently demand a resolution to my problem.
