BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After ₹5000 PhonePe UPI Payment
I made a ₹5000 UPI deposit today to my BDG Game account via PhonePe, but the amount has not been credited to my BDG Game wallet balance. The payment was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and the transaction appears in my bank and payment history, yet the balance has still not been added to my BDG Game account. My BDG Game account ID is 2375588.
After noticing that the balance had not been credited, I contacted BDG Game customer support. They replied that the payment has not yet been received on their side and asked me to wait. However, since the money has already been deducted from my account, this situation is worrying and inconvenient for me.
I request that my ₹5000 deposit be located and credited to my BDG Game account ID 2375588 immediately. If the deposit cannot be credited, I ask that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method without delay.
I also request clear information about the status of this transaction and the reason for the delay.
