Samsung AR24TSHZHWK AC Installation Complaint

I purchased a Samsung AR24TSHZHWK AC and called the customer service center for installation. They promptly dispatched an authorized service technician. However, the technician from Baykar Electronics in Samsun/Atakum did not perform the crucial vacuuming process vital for AC installations. I learned about this omission later through research and regretted not intervening. The technicians sent by the service hung down from the window to install cables and pipes. I had to intervene to ensure safety during the process. I noticed they lacked a vacuum compressor or a manometer, essential for such installations. A compressor is as big as a handbag, and compression time can vary between 5 to 30 minutes. However, no such time was spent. When I reported this to Samsung's Call Center, I was informed that the technicians definitely claimed to have performed the vacuuming. I expect them to provide proof of vacuuming in the installation photos. Otherwise, I will demand the replacement of my AC's outdoor unit.

The Samsung customer representative who called me speaks not as Samsung but with the tone of the authorized service that did the installation. "The service said that we cannot understand whether vacuuming was done without coming and measuring." What is the measurement method for vacuuming? The service also knows that this is not possible. They took photos of the installation during the first setup. Let them prove their vacuuming with evidence in these photos. No other method is valid. The two friends who came for the installation did not have a vacuum compressor or a manometer. I am very curious about how they vacuumed.
Additionally, the reason for their insistence on coming to my home to take measurements is quite obvious. They will connect the compressor and the manometer, take photos, and upload them to the system, claiming that they performed the vacuuming during the installation. Then they will say, "We did the vacuuming, here is the proof." I don't think it's necessary to write down the reasons why vacuuming cannot be done afterward.
