I bought a Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 smartwatch a year and a half ago. I was very happy with it and I used it every day. However, today the screen suddenly went blank and it is no longer working. I charged it, but there is still no display. The touchscreen is also not working.
The green light on the back is still on, but the screen is completely dead and will not turn on. There is no problem with the charging, it is charged. I am very disappointed with the Samsung Galaxy Fit 2. It is only a year and a half old and it is already broken.
I contacted Samsung customer service and they said that I would have to pay for a repair. I am not happy with this, as I believe that the watch is defective. I am writing this complaint in the hope that Samsung will resolve this issue for me.
