Samsung Watch 4 Classic Limited Compatibility and Misleading Features

I deeply regret purchasing the Samsung Watch 4 Classic. It was not disclosed during the purchase process or in the product information that the watch is incompatible with various smartphone brands or lacks regional support for certain features. Furthermore, the battery life is inadequate, lasting only a day. We were clearly duped - what distinguishes this watch from inferior alternatives if I can't even use the advertised features? The watch allegedly has features such as EKG and blood pressure monitoring, but I am unable to install the necessary application. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that some applications are not supported in our region. If that's the case, why are they selling it? This is not acceptable! Samsung must correct this situation and provide the necessary solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
