'Samsung Find' Failed to Locate My Lost Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Service Was Unhelpful

I misplaced the right side of my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro headset. When I opened the app, I was disappointed to see that the Samsung Find network was not working properly. The headset was displaying the location from 3 days ago, which was completely inaccurate. When I wanted to send my product to the service and get only the right earphone, I was disappointed to learn that the service required me to replace the entire set. They claimed that if I didn't, I would face software incompatibility and future update issues. To make matters worse, the price they quoted me for the replacement set was even higher than the original price of the product. When I reached out to Samsung customer service, they assured me that they have a policy in place that ensures fair pricing. It became clear to me that Samsung was attempting to deceive individuals.
