I misplaced the right side of my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro headset. When I opened the app, I was disappointed to see that the Samsung Find network was not working properly. The headset was displaying the location from 3 days ago, which was completely inaccurate. When I wanted to send my product to the service and get only the right earphone, I was disappointed to learn that the service required me to replace the entire set. They claimed that if I didn't, I would face software incompatibility and future update issues.
