Samsung Does Not Stand Behind Its Products!
The headphones are generally large and don't fit in my ears. I initially ignored the problem because I thought the problem was in my ear, but when I tried them on to people nearby, I noticed that the earbud, especially in my right ear, didn't stay in place, just like mine. I sent the headphones back to the place I bought them from, and they sent them to Samsung service. I received a WhatsApp message from the service center and was told that the headphones would be returned to the place I bought them from. Then, I received a call from an employee claiming to be Samsung service from a number I didn't recognize, saying: "There's no technical or hardware problem with your headphones, and they will be sent back." When I explained that the problem wasn't technical or hardware-related, and that my complaint was that the headphones might be large due to a manufacturing defect, the answer I received was telling: "Samsung headphones are manufactured to certain standards, and if they are any larger, they won't fit in the box and won't charge." When I asked for them to check if they met the standards and measure them, they said they couldn't measure them that way. In short, they said they would check them visually and that these headphones are both durable and meet the standards! This was a fitting response from a brand like Samsung. Congratulations! My headphones have been out of service for about a week! The only problem is that I still can't use them and I'm still paying the installments!
