Samsung Crystal UHD 50CU8500 TV Installation Scam

I bought a Samsung Crystal UHD 50CU8500 TV from Vatan, and when they set it up, they charged me a huge 600 TL for something they called a "wall mount bracket." When I asked why the price was so high, they said it was because it was an original Samsung part. But when I looked on Samsung's website for this kind of accessory, I couldn't find it. I found similar mounts in stores and online for a third of the price. The one I bought cost 180 TL at the store where I bought my TV. Even though the service team said it would cost 200–250 TL, they charged me 600 TL for a wall mount bracket. It's very disappointing that a company with a good name like Samsung would do things like this. I want a refund and want them to prove that the claimed part is real. I feel like I've been tricked by this whole thing. I hope that Samsung figures this out quickly.
