Samsung Air Conditioner Installation Appointment Not Happening

I scheduled an installation appointment for my Samsung air conditioner on July 19th. Today is the 16th day, and they still haven't come for the installation. I've called their customer service multiple times, and they just keep creating a ticket but never get back to me. It's really frustrating to experience such a situation, especially in a place like Tuzla. If this is how they handle their service in a location like Tuzla, I can only imagine what it would be like elsewhere. Please consider looking at other brands before making a decision. You might end up regretting it if you go with Samsung.
