EA Permanently Banned My Vaarvius Account for Coin Transfer I Deny

My EA account, under the username Vaarvius, was permanently banned from accessing the entire FIFA series on PC on May 27, 2026. The stated reason for the ban was an alleged coin or balance transfer. In the email I received from EA, I was told that the penalty was considered correct and would remain in effect. However, I strongly reject this accusation.

During the period in question, I did not transfer coins or balance to any other account. I did not use any third-party software, external websites, or unauthorized services. I only played on my own account in accordance with the game rules. Despite this, I believe the system incorrectly flagged me as a player involved in coin transfer activity, and I think this ban may have resulted from a false detection or system error.

I have invested significant time and effort into this account over a long period, and I do not want to lose all of my progress because of an unfair penalty. I submitted an appeal form through EA Help, but I only received automated responses. Although I clearly explained my situation and objections, the ban was not lifted, and I was not provided with a convincing explanation showing that a detailed manual review had been completed.

I request that EA carefully reexamine my full account history, transaction records, login activity, and gameplay behavior. If there is no concrete evidence proving that I intentionally violated the rules, I ask that this permanent ban be removed and my account access be fully restored.

I also request a clear written explanation identifying which specific activity was considered a coin or balance transfer. As a player, I believe such a serious penalty should be based on transparent evidence and should not remain in place without a detailed and fair review.
