EA FC 26 Transfer Market Ban Applied to My Account Without Explanation

My EA Sports FC 26 account, with the username/ID KEY247unncay, received a Transfer Market ban around May 19, 2026. I believe this restriction was applied unfairly and without sufficient explanation.
The only reason provided was that my account had allegedly been involved in transactions between accounts. However, I was never given any detailed information about which transactions triggered the sanction, nor was I provided with any evidence supporting the accusation. I have not used cheats, exploits, unauthorized software, or intentionally violated EA’s rules regarding coin transfers or market activity.
After receiving the restriction, I contacted EA Support through the official EA website and submitted an appeal. During the process, I was simply told to wait while the matter was being reviewed. Unfortunately, after that response, no further updates were provided. I did not receive a detailed investigation result, a clear explanation, or any meaningful communication regarding the status of my case.
As a result, I have been forced to play the game with limited functionality for an extended period. The Transfer Market is one of the most important features of Ultimate Team, and losing access to it has significantly affected my ability to build and improve my squad through normal gameplay.
I respectfully request that EA Sports conduct a thorough review of my FC 26 account, KEY247unncay, and reassess the Transfer Market ban that I believe was issued incorrectly. If EA maintains that a violation occurred, I ask that a clear and specific explanation be provided, including details about the transactions that were classified as account-to-account activity.
I would appreciate a transparent review process, a written explanation of the findings, and the removal of the Transfer Market ban if no intentional rule violation can be demonstrated. I simply want a fair evaluation of my account and a resolution to the ongoing restriction.
