EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Missing Tim Cahill and Al Owairan Rewards

I would like to report an issue I experienced in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5 regarding a mission reward that was not granted correctly.

On Friday, June 12, 2026, I was completing the Asia/Oceania objectives that had been added to the Objectives section. Within the “Perfect Volley” objective group, I successfully completed the objective called “Tiny Tim.” Despite meeting all of the stated requirements and completing the objective in full, I never received the promised reward, which was the Tim Cahill player item.

In addition, I completed all objective groups within the same objective set. However, I have also been unable to claim or receive the final group reward, the Al Owairan player card. I completed these objectives on June 12, and after waiting and checking again later, I confirmed that neither reward has been added to my account.

After discovering the issue, I submitted a support request through the official EA Sports support website and provided detailed information regarding my account and the missing rewards. Despite reporting the problem through the proper support channels, no solution has been provided so far, and the rewards remain missing from my account.

As a player who invested time and effort into completing these objectives, I believe I should receive the rewards that were earned through legitimate gameplay. Missing objective rewards negatively impact progression in Ultimate Team and create frustration when completed content does not provide the promised items.

I respectfully request that EA Sports review my objective progress and account activity related to the Asia/Oceania objectives. Based on my completed progress, I ask that the missing Tim Cahill player reward from the “Tiny Tim” objective be granted to my account. Furthermore, if the issue also prevented completion tracking for the overall objective set, I request that the Al Owairan reward card be awarded as well after verifying my completed objectives.

I hope EA Sports will investigate this issue promptly and ensure that the rewards I earned are correctly delivered to my account.
