Samsung A20 Stuck in Safe Mode, Constantly Restarting & Won’t Update

I am having serious issues with my Samsung A20 device. It refuses to install updates—every time I download an update, the installation fails with an error.

In addition, the phone has started randomly shutting down and restarting multiple times a day, sometimes 10 to 20 times or more. Now, it is completely stuck in Safe Mode, and no matter how many times I restart it, it keeps booting back into Safe Mode.

This is extremely frustrating, and I need a permanent solution immediately. Samsung, please address this issue and provide a fix. I expect a response as soon as possible!
