I Face Green Screen, Freezing, and Charging Issues After A34 Update on July 17
On July 17, 2025, my Samsung A34 received a software update (version 7.0), and ever since then, my phone has become practically unusable. Multiple critical issues started the moment the update was installed, and I’m incredibly frustrated.
First, when I try to watch videos online, the screen suddenly turns green. If I don’t immediately exit the video, the phone freezes completely and becomes unresponsive—I can’t do anything until I force a shutdown. Second, even while casually browsing on my phone, it frequently freezes with no warning. It’s not just the browser or a single app—it's the entire system. I cannot interact with anything until I manually restart the device.
On top of that, my phone now charges extremely slowly, and I noticed the battery percentage drops by the second, even while plugged in. Before the update, none of these problems existed. The phone worked perfectly fine. The current situation is unacceptable, and it’s clearly tied to the latest firmware release.
I’m demanding that Samsung investigate this update issue urgently and roll out a fix as soon as possible. I paid good money for this phone and expect it to function properly. These bugs are not minor inconveniences—they’re deal-breakers.
