After the March 13 software update, my Samsung A51 started freezing and randomly restarting on its own. This issue is making my phone almost unusable, as it keeps crashing unexpectedly. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, and checking for additional updates, but nothing has worked so far.
Samsung needs to immediately address this problem and provide a software fix. If this continues, I will warn everyone around me to avoid Samsung devices due to unreliable updates that create major performance issues. I expect a quick resolution, as I cannot use my phone properly. Samsung, please fix this now!
