Samsung A05S Microphone Low Audio Quality

Whenever I make a call or shoot a video, the audio quality on my Samsung A05S is terrible because of a microphone problem. This is especially disappointing because all four of my prior phones were Samsung models and worked perfectly.
It is quite disheartening to come across such a serious problem with a product manufactured by a respected company like Samsung. I now have a negative impression of the brand and am rethinking my future smartphone purchases because of this.
I really hope that Samsung would look into this microphone issue and fix it soon.
