My Samsung A55 Automatically Switches to Silent Mode Without Reason

Hi, I bought a brand-new Samsung A55 just one month ago, and I’m already experiencing a frustrating issue. The phone keeps switching itself to silent mode automatically, even when it’s just sitting in my pocket or lying on a surface untouched.

What’s strange is that the volume buttons aren’t being triggered, and when I check them, they work normally—there’s no random volume up/down activity. The only problem is that the phone randomly mutes itself, which causes me to miss important calls and notifications throughout the day.

This shouldn’t happen on a brand-new phone. Samsung, I’m requesting an immediate solution. Whether this is a software glitch or hardware issue, I expect a fix or replacement right away. Please don’t make me regret choosing your brand.
