My Samsung A35 Sends Distorted Sound on Speaker During Calls

I’ve been using the Samsung A35 for less than a year, and I’m already dealing with a frustrating issue. When I make a call normally, the other person hears me clearly. But the moment I switch to speaker mode, my voice becomes extremely distorted on their end, filled with a harsh, static-like crackling—almost as if there’s poor signal interference, even when there isn’t.

This is very disappointing for a phone this new. I expected better performance and reliability from Samsung. It’s unacceptable that a basic feature like speakerphone doesn’t function properly, especially when the rest of the audio setup seems fine.

Samsung, I ask that you address this problem immediately. Whether it's a hardware fault or a software glitch, it needs to be resolved. I don’t want to keep using a phone that makes it impossible to have a proper speakerphone conversation. Please fix this or provide a replacement.
