Samsung 7 Series Large-screen TV Problems Represent All the Bad Quality

I have to confess that these products are nowhere near good! I recently purchased a Samsung 7 Series large-screen TV at the end of 2021, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the product. The screen developed black shadowing, indicating dead pixels, and as the warranty approached expiration, the issue worsened. When I contacted the service center, they offered a choice between repair or replacement. Concerned about the potential complications of repairing electronic components and the likelihood of additional issues, I opted for a replacement. However, Samsung's service center later informed me that they couldn't proceed with the replacement and insisted on performing the repair at my home. This raised concerns about the quality of the repair, especially considering the delicate nature of electronic components. Two days later, Samsung's call center reiterated their inability to offer a replacement and insisted on home repair. This experience has left me regretting my decision to choose Samsung over other brands. My family's seven-year-old Sony Bravia TV, in contrast, remains in excellent condition. For my next TV purchase, I am considering alternatives like Yamaha at a third of the price, as I believe it cannot be worse in terms of customer satisfaction and product quality. I share this experience with other consumers to highlight the importance of considering both customer service and product durability when making such purchases.
