Samsung 65-Inch OLED TV Grayed-Out Broadcast Menu Blocks Channel Updates

I have been experiencing a software/settings issue on our Samsung 65S90C OLED TV since August 16, 2024. Because the "Broadcast" tab in the TV's settings menu appears grayed out, I am unable to perform the TÜRKSAT update, which prevents me from updating my channels and using the device for broadcasts as intended. While some channels work, others will not load at all.

I purchased the television in 2024, and I did not expect to encounter such a software restriction on a product that is still relatively new. Because of this issue, I cannot manage my broadcast settings, edit channels, or perform updates.

I demand that Samsung re-enable the "Broadcast" tab in the settings menu on my 65S90C model TV and implement the necessary inspection and software fix so I can use all broadcast-related features, including the TÜRKSAT update, without issue. I request that this problem be resolved without further delay, preferably through a remote software patch or by dispatching an authorized technician if necessary.
