Samsung Crystal UHD TV Shows "This Function Is Not Available" Error

On my Samsung Crystal UHD TV, when I attempted to adjust channel settings following the TÜRKSAT frequency update, I encountered the error message "This function is not available" upon opening the "Broadcast" section in the settings menu. As a result, I am unable to configure my channel setup or access any of the TV's core broadcast functions.

Because I was out of town, I only noticed the issue today upon returning to my home in Bağcılar, Istanbul. I checked my TV's software and updated it to the latest version; however, the inability to access the "Broadcast" section persists. I have not yet contacted Samsung customer service or an authorized service center.

I demand a clear explanation from Samsung as to why the "Broadcast" section is unavailable on my TV, along with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve it. If necessary, I request that this issue be fixed through remote assistance, troubleshooting guidance, or service support so that I can use all TV broadcast features without issue.
