Samsung TV Displays "This Function Is Not Available" and Mutes Most Channels

On my Samsung 55Q60D 55-inch TV, channels were loaded after the TÜRKSAT frequency change, but since August 16, I have been experiencing a severe audio issue on the channels I watch via TÜRKSAT. While there is sound on a few channels (like TRT), on most channels, I get video but absolutely no audio. Furthermore, when I try to access the broadcast and factory settings, a "This function is not available" warning appears on the screen, meaning I can't even make the necessary adjustments from its own menu.
I have called Samsung customer service multiple times regarding this issue and have opened 4 support tickets so far. Every time, they log a note saying "could not be reached," pretending they actually called me. Even though my phone is always on, their calls just ring once and drop, followed immediately by a message claiming "we called but couldn't reach you." Even though the screenshots I provided show conversations regarding remote access and channel updates, my problem remains completely unresolved.
I purchased this TV on March 17, 2025, and I am currently using it in the İlkadım district of Samsun. To resolve the sound and menu access issues on this product, which is fully under warranty, I demand that an authorized service team that will actually contact me be dispatched to the Samsun İlkadım area. If the issue cannot be fixed with an on-site inspection, I request a complete product replacement to resolve my grievance.
