Samsung QE65QN70FA "Broadcast Function Not Available" Satellite Fix

I own a Samsung QE65QN70FAUXTK television and I noticed the problem when the satellite system in Türkiye changed. After this change, the device started to show signal loss and channel loss. In the television menu, when I try to access the “Broadcast” section, the message “This function is not available” appears and I cannot use the satellite/broadcast feature at all. I called Samsung customer service several times about this issue, as can be seen from my call history, but nobody returned my calls, no technician came and my problem was not resolved. I am still unable to watch TV channels via satellite due to this situation. I request that Samsung urgently enable the satellite/broadcast feature on my television, provide remote support if necessary, and then arrange a free technician visit and repair, and if the problem still cannot be resolved, to replace the device.
