Samsung 50tu8000 TV Screen Failure Happened In Two Years Only
I have been using 50tu8000 tv for 2,5 years until today. Suddenly, today when I trt to open the tv, and it turned to green screen and try to reboot itself over and over again without success. I have used my tv so carefully, and I am still keeping its protective covers just in case. I was thinking that when need to move I would use them to carry safely. yet never needed them because the TV left us even before moving. I got it like two years ago when we got married, I was super stoked and had total faith in its awesome reputation. I had no idea that my high hopes would be crushed, 'cause the TV ended up being super disappointing. It's pretty disappointing to see a supposedly fancy TV not live up to its promises, only lasting like 2.5 years. You should totally check out the video before you decide to buy, so you don't end up disappointed like I did. If you're thinking about getting a TV, I'd recommend doing some solid research and keeping this experience in mind when picking the brand.

Since I wrote 3 weeks ago, the service has not even come to my house just to understand the issue. After we asked the Samsung center if they would respond, we were told that they had closed our complaint. They said they would now try to provide support free of charge, but despite the fact that the dear authorized service in Izmir knows we have been without a TV for a month, they have not even visited our house to identify the problem. I will provide information.
Samsung stood behind their product and replaced the entire panel for free. They demonstrated a level of greatness befitting the Samsung name. I thought they wouldn't provide free support since the warranty had expired. It took a while, but in the end, they showed their support. Thank you. 🙏
